Registration

Please attach a cheque dated September 1st, 2023, payable to Sherry Hildebrandt. This serves as a deposit to reserve your lesson time and covers the first month of lessons. The remainder of the cheques (October through May) can either be included upon the return of the registration form, or brought to the first lesson in September.
